Caregiver Support Retreat

Set in coastal Delaware overlooking the bay, the retreat takes place in a peaceful beach house designed to support rest and renewal.

Each participant (or couple) will have a private bedroom for sleep, with shared bathroom facilities, creating a comfortable and nourishing environment for deep rest.

With a small group of caregivers, there is space for true rest, quiet reflection, and meaningful connection.

The Caregiver Support Retreat is for parents and caregivers of individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions. It is an opportunity to heal some of the wounds that can develop from years of caregiving, and to learn how to meet ongoing challenges from a more peaceful and sustainable place— without minimizing how hard it can be.

This intimate experience will include ancient yogic practices that weave together gentle movement, breathing, sound therapy, chanting, along with Ayurvedic-inspired nourishment and non-psychoactive ceremonial experiences to support greater clarity, steadiness, and inner peace. An optional, gently guided sharing circle will offer space for connection, reflection and shared understanding.

Participants will be empowered with practical tools and embodied practices they can take home and effectively integrate into their day-to-day lives, supporting meaningful and lasting change beyond the retreat itself.

We will also honor what is profoundly meaningful about supporting special needs individuals— the way our children expand our hearts, deepen our capacity for love, and bring unique gifts into this world, no matter the level of impairment or the challenges they face.

Stepping away is not turning your back on caregiving. It's honoring how much it asks of you and helping you come back with deeper presence and a strengthened approach to care.
